How to reach the people who run this site, and what to send so a request can be actioned the first time.
This site is run independently by fans. There is no support team, no ticketing system, and no office hours — but every message is read, and corrections are wanted.
1. How to Reach This Site
This site does not publish a public email address. The fastest route is the official WARDOGS Discord, where the operators of this wiki can be reached directly.
Please write in English where you can, and put the page URL in the subject line. A request that names the page and the passage can be actioned immediately; one that does not usually needs a round of questions first.
2. What to Include
| Request type | Include |
|---|---|
| Factual correction | The page URL and, if you have one, a first-party source for the corrected figure. |
| Rights-holder removal or edit | The page URL, the specific passage, and how you are connected to BULKHEAD or Team17. |
| Misattributed citation | The page URL and the correct attribution, or a request to withdraw the citation entirely. |
| Outdated Early Access data | The page URL and what changed in the build. |
| Something else about the site | The page URL and a short description. |
- Factual correction. The strongest corrections come with a Steam page, developer video, or publisher announcement behind them. Those get actioned fastest.
- Rights-holder removal or edit. No formal notice, legal citation, or lawyer is required. These are actioned ahead of all other mail.
- Misattributed citation. If your work is cited here incorrectly, or you would rather it not be cited at all, say so and it will be changed.
- Outdated Early Access data. Figures are corrected, or re-marked as Unrecorded if the published value is no longer available.
- Something else about the site. Broken links, rendering problems, accessibility issues, and suggestions for a page that should exist all belong here.
3. This Site Cannot Help With
Because it is unofficial and has no connection to the developer or publisher, the operators cannot do any of the following. These need BULKHEAD, Team17, or your storefront:
| Problem | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| Refunds, purchases, edition upgrades, missing keys | Steam support, or the storefront you bought from |
| Game bugs, crashes, server problems, account bans | BULKHEAD directly — the official Discord is the fastest route |
| Beta or Early Access key requests | The publisher's own announcements; this site cannot issue access |
| Roadmap questions, release dates, console plans | Official channels — this site can only report what has been published |
| Reporting another player | In-game reporting, or the developer through the official Discord |
4. Official Channels
For anything about the game itself, these are the first-party destinations — the same ones this site cites as sources:
5. Before You Write
If your question is about a game mechanic, a weapon, or a mode, it may already be answered here. Try the search page, which indexes every report and guide on the site, or start from the intel index.
If you are a rights holder and want something removed, you do not need to read the rest of the site first — the legal page explains the process, and a plain request is enough to start it.
