WARDOGS Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website. By reading any page here you accept them. They are short because the site does little: it publishes information about a video game and links to the sources of that information.

1. What This Site Is

An independent, fan-operated reference site about WARDOGS. It is not official and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by BULKHEAD or Team17. The full position, including how third-party material is used and how to request a removal, is on the legal and sources page.

This site provides no service in the contractual sense. There is no account to open, no subscription to buy, no software to download, and no user-generated content to post.

2. No Warranty on Content

All content is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Specifically:

WARDOGS is in active development. Statistics, prices, dates, weapon lists, vehicle lists, system requirements, and platform plans change, and any page here can become inaccurate without notice.
Figures are reported from the cited source as of the time of writing. They are not guarantees about the shipped game.
Data that has not been published is marked "Unrecorded" rather than estimated. Where a page ranks, scores, or recommends something, it states the basis — that ranking is opinion or interpretation, not fact.
Nothing here is financial, legal, or purchasing advice. Do not buy or not buy a game, an edition, or hardware on the strength of a page on this site.

Check first-party sources — the Steam store page and the publisher's own announcements — before relying on any figure for a decision that costs you money.

3. Intellectual Property

The written content, structure, and design of this site are the property of its operators. You may quote from it with attribution and a link back, and you may share links freely. You may not republish whole pages as your own work or present this site's content as official communication from BULKHEAD or Team17.

WARDOGS, its name, its assets, and all intellectual property in the game belong to BULKHEAD, Team17, and their respective rights holders. This site claims no ownership of any of it and uses names and factual data only to identify and describe the subject it covers. See the rights notice on the legal page.

4. External Links

This site links to a large number of external sources — developer and publisher pages, gaming press, community hubs, video platforms, and forums. The complete list is in the source register.

Those sites are not under this site's control. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are their own responsibility. A link is an attribution, not an endorsement of everything the destination says, and this site is not liable for anything that happens on a site you navigate to from here.

5. Acceptable Use

There is little to restrict, because the site offers no interactive surface. In summary: do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the infrastructure serving it, and do not scrape it in a way that degrades it for other readers. Reading pages, following links, bookmarking, and using the on-site search are all unrestricted.

If you contact the operators, do not include confidential, sensitive, or personal information beyond what is needed to describe your request. This site has no secure channel and does not need one for corrections or takedown requests.

6. No Commercial Relationship

This site sells nothing, runs no advertising, and contains no affiliate or referral links. Prices it reports are quoted from cited sources. It receives no payment from any retailer, publisher, or developer, and no payment influences what is written.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of this site are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, or from any decision you make based on information published here — including purchasing decisions, hardware decisions, or in-game decisions. This exclusion covers indirect and consequential loss as well as direct loss.

If your jurisdiction does not permit some part of this exclusion, it applies as far as that jurisdiction allows and the rest of these terms continue in effect.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer right you hold where you live.

9. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised as the site changes. The current version is always the one published at this address, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of it. If the site ever adds accounts, payments, or user-submitted content, these terms will be substantially rewritten before that happens.
